How to Get Started? Grasshopper customers will begin to see the new Unified View interface over the coming weeks, where you’ll see the Messages tab retitled to Conversations.
How to revert to the old view? If you're looking to see the original interface, you can temporarily turn off Unified View by navigating to Settings > Unified View > Off. You can turn Unified View back on at any time through the same Settings navigation.
Not seeing the Unified View? Be sure you’re on the latest version of the Grasshopper app! If you’re still not seeing the new view, you will be transitioned in the coming weeks.
