1. General Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions (“Program Terms”) govern the Grasshopper Refer an Entrepreneur Program (the “Program”) for all participants. Grasshopper Group, LLC (“Grasshopper”) will make all determinations regarding participation in the Program. All issued credits and rewards will be in an amount as defined by Grasshopper below. Grasshopper may terminate any participant from the Program, modify the Program or any Reward Amount, or cancel the Program, at any time and for any reason.

2. Participation and Eligibility.

Beginning March 1, 2024, a current Grasshopper customer (“you”) can refer other individuals to purchase Grasshopper services (each a “Referred Contact”). If the Referred Contact (i) purchases Grasshopper services, (ii) was not referred first by someone else, (iii) was not a customer of Grasshopper at the time of the referral, and (iv) remains a customer in good standing at least 60 days after their purchase, you and the Referred Contact will qualify for the respective Reward Amounts stated below. You affirm you have the Referred Contact’s permission to share their email address with Grasshopper as part of the Program, and you further authorize Grasshopper to share your email address with the Referred Contact.

Grasshopper may accept or reject, at its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, any requested subscription by a Referred Contact or any other end user. You will receive no reward in connection with a subscription rejected by Grasshopper.

This Program is for a limited time only and Grasshopper reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Program (in whole or in part) – including any discounts, credits, or rewards – anytime in its sole discretion.

3. Reward Amount.

The Reward Amount for you is a $30.00 USD credit which will be applied to the Grasshopper account associated with “your email” as identified at the time of your referral. The credit will be applied to your next monthly or annual invoice after the criteria in section 2 are satisfied.

The Reward Amount for the Referred Contact is a $15.00 USD credit which will be applied to the Grasshopper account newly created by the Referred Contact. The credit will be applied on the Referred Contact’s next monthly or annual invoice after the criteria in section 2 are satisfied.

4. Program Abuse.

If Grasshopper determines, in its sole discretion, that you have abused the Program, your reward will be revoked, and you may be disqualified from participating in future Grasshopper or GoTo referral programs.
