• How do Q&A Extensions work? Q&A extensions can be used to ask callers a series of questions and then record and compile all answers into one voicemail. For example, you can record a set of 10 questions that the caller must answer. After each question is answered, the caller presses # and hears the next question. The answers are then consolidated into one voicemail. Q&A extensions are great for order taking and information gathering.
