   “Did you know that North America has the highest percentage of bloggers worldwide or that the greatest percentage of bloggers are hobbyists?”

   Did you know that this data is based on survey, in English, by Technorati, and that the results do not represent all bloggers, but only those who answered the survey?

   In other words, while the data is useful and good to know, it is not reliably an accurate representation of bloggers worldwide.

    Having a blog can really become your income source if you have the means and the skills to drive traffic to it, to keep the traffic and to make them bounce back. Social media is also important, it enables you as a blogger to establish a more personal relation with your visitors.
